Two staff spent an hour each week pulling till data and reformatting it for the main tracking spreadsheet. The till system didn't connect with their data setup—repetitive work that pulled them away from more valuable tasks.

I built automation in Google Sheets to process the raw exports and fill the main spreadsheet automatically. Northern Ireland fully automatic, Scotland reduced to twenty minutes weekly.
