Production Tracking Streamlining

Book status information lived in five different spreadsheets. Checking if a book would meet its deadline meant searching multiple files and asking several people—repetitive work that pulled staff away from actual publishing.

I built a single tracker showing every book's stage, owner, and deadline. Traffic lights flag at-risk books, progress bars show targets.

Two hours per week of chasing status information eliminated. Chaos replaced with clarity.
